The Par Plan is unique in that it is governed by Michigan township public officials. These officials make up the member-elected Board of Directors, serving 3-year terms. The Board meets a minimum of four times a year to review the Plan’s operation and is responsible for upholding its bylaws.
Member participation is key to the Par Plan’s success and the future well-being of public entities. Members interested in serving on the Board of Directors are encouraged to run for election.
